there's a lot of qualify of life things you'll probably want to implement in doing that - especially if you were playing hardcore.. sometimes you just hit this wall out of nowhere and you'd be like.. uhmmmm.... where did that come from?!

ie. you'll probably want to add mouseover descriptions for stuff like stats in your character screen and buffs/debuffs on characters/npcs

an enemy castbar would be amazing. reading spammy text or noticing sometimes small visuals on casting can be a pain.

bank filtering/highlighting

stuff like that!

nice! i've been farming bosses on hell in the hopes of getting a new weapon... managed to get a whole lot of caster epic gear! he's a gear wall for me at the moment..

the weightings on the amount of caster stuff vs. melee seems off - maybe it's just rng, but everything i get seems to have casting haste. no good weapons other than a couple of 1 handers - but as we discussed earlier.. one handers are pretty worthless.

He'll also notice that the game isn't perfectly balanced in his playthrough. haha This game would be practically impossible to play through on hardcore to 99 for some classes (namely those without a + autoattack ability). I don't know how difficult it would be for casters - I certainly have enough epic caster gear now to deck one out and see! Maybe I'll find out...

It is doable, but not safe or quick, for a lot of classes. I haven't played them all yet, but for HC a lot of the classes will be 2nd playthrough twinks only. Unless you're hard as fuck.

It's not really a bad thing, but in general casters could use a bone.

best weapon i've found so far - what does amplify damage do? I've been watching and haven't seen this thing proc in close to 200 kills. It would be nice to know what half of these procs do.

I have some nice shit in the pipe. Bringing back the ambient BG sound... a good thing... I think! And combo leaderboards hopefully done tonight.

It's cool! Except for me personally it's something I don't care much about. The ability to view someones gear on the leaderboard is a much cooler feature, IMO. It would provide folks with something to strive for when they see that level 99 with AMAZING gear!

You should play through the game (as a caster) and implement the quality of life features that would make it more enjoyable. There are certainly some quirks that if resolved would improve game play dramatically.

is hardcore supposed to be working on test accounts? i can still die on hardcore, delete the character, recreate him with the same name, and retain my level.
