When you delete characters it's supposed to delete the exp data, too. Obviously that didn't work. Everything is supposed to be working. |

So you recreated him in hardcore mode or softcore mode? |

just deleted my 37 SK Pharmakos. recreated him with the same name. had no gear but had 38 talent points to spend at level 1. and it let me spend them on the higher tiers despite being level 1. |

Core problem is it didn't delete your exp records. I'm looking at what went wrong there. |

deleted my SK Pharmakos and rerolled him as a Ranger. weird things happened. |

Now... I could resolve this... but I am thinking it may be for the best to disallow creating a name more than once per season. |

Problem is with this current design it would be pretty tough to do that. It would make restores really tough. I used character name as the unique identifier instead of an arbitrary id, so. Yeah. |

i suppose that is fair enough. i was mostly just trying to reroll for testing purposes, but won't be doing that once everything goes live. |

password reset went okay. edit -- just got booted for multiple logins. wasn't actually logged in twice though, lol. just had a second window open at the login screen. |
