It is. These resists are also affected by difficulty. Try testing it on normal.

In your defense, I agree! This does need better documentation. I'll get around to it. It's hard to document this stuff with the Kickstarter going on, but I'll have more time soon.

After next patch your status resistances can go negative, so it will be more clear what's happening.
