I made the character Xan'atal. He started at level 99. Those orc pawns had no idea what hit them. His skills started at 1, but he had all abilities and 98 talent points. He does look correct on the leaderboard though.

I've heard of this bug once before... I think when you log out and log back in it will fix itself. Any idea how this happened? Maybe it has something to do with deleting, creating a character with an existing name???? Strange.

Pretty weird. I see Xan'atal, but he's a level 1 wizard with no kills. Sounds like some odd client-side glitch. ... hmmmmmm

No luck on signing in and out. He works like a level 99 aside from skills starting at 1. Able to equip all level equipment, cast the abilities, and spend multiple talent points. Shows as level 99 on the character select screen.

I did have a character with the same name pre server accounts, so there may be some cached info. That one was a mage and not a wizard though. I also reused character names with other characters, and they were created correctly.

This character was created when I had a free character slot due to a deleted character, in case that's relevant. I made another character just now and they started at level 1 correctly.

I got an error message (sent via pm) that popped up when I pulled an orc on Xan'atal, it may or may not be related.

Not sure what other info to give, but if you need me to get a file or do something, I'll help if I can.

Information disclosure vulnerability!

Aaaaand this is why I love my players. You discovered a nasty bug. Thankfully this was easy to fix, but it did require considerable investigation. You should now be able to login and your character should appear normal now (at level 1 and everything). For reporting such a significant bug, I will reward you with a special item in your bank account. Thanks!
