[Quest Bug] Act 4 - Ashenflow Peak 4

When killing General Ovext for the Ashenflow Peak 4 quest, you receive an announcement for a permanent +1 talent point but there's no reward.
I think this message is intended for beating Highlord Szarthax who actually awards a bonus talent point.
