The heal amount on Lay on Hands is really, really low and doesn't scale with levels well. For a 5 minute reuse, it should certainly heal for more. Currently at L.92 I have 3200 hps. LoH heals me for 900-1000, which is less than 1/3 of my health pool.

That said, Greater Healing also heals for a miniscule amount compared to the pool. It heals for ~350 on a 20 second cooldown. I have max Alteration.

I tend to agree with this. On my paladin, even at the point I'm at now it's all pretty minor.

Another thing is that the buffs are pretty same-y, one is health, one is armor, and one is... armor and health. Another thing I know I've seen brought up before is the usefulness of Root, but on Paladin it seems even more strange to me.

I don't know though.
