instead I'm sitting here filling out a 120-page SF86 for clearance-related employment. By the way, I just want to say that doing this in PDF format seems incredibly stupid to me. They probably take this form, hand it to a secretary, and have her enter the information in a database. Stupid. This should be entirely web based.

e-QIP is the online version of SF-86 (but probably just do the one they gave you). Good luck filling that thing out, they always take me weeks because I never keep any old records.

Wow, the Feds are playing dumb. Of course private citizens have been affected. My entire SF86 is fully of emails, addresses, and phone numbers of private citizens. Everyone's is. Feds Looking Into Whether Hack of US Government Affected Private Citizens Too
