Hey all, i'm curious if there are any better android apps than what i'm using currently, i'm open to both legal and non legal ones, as long as they work. I'm currently using animania and mangania and they work but it feels like a lot of effort.. I'll share some of my frustrations.

I have a very shitty phone, samsung ace or something. I can watch youtube vidoes perfectly but if you up the size by 1 and try watch higher resolution video, my phone will lag and every time there's a fight i'll have a slideshow.. So that's main problem for this animania app, that and that the download button isn't working, so i can only watch it with internet.


For my manga troubles, i don't have much, the only thing i'd like is if there was a download all button, if i could get the whole 200 chapters at once instead of clicking through every goddamn chapter until my finger breaks or my phone stops responding due to lag xD


So yeh, are there any english sub anime/manga apps that would solve any of my issues? Being able to watch lower quality videos and a download all option.

Hell even if there are some moderately good apps it'd be nice to know, because no app has every single anime/manga, so it can be good to have a few apps.

I only know some of the mainstream apps. Crunchy roll has a big selection and quite a lot is free to watch. If you're a paying member you can even watch new shows an hour after they air in Japan.

Funimation has some things that crunchy roll doesnt, but the commercials and ads get super annoying super fast. They mostly just have popular shows that Americans would recognize and they don't have as much for free as crunchy.

There's also viewster, but I've never used it so I can't say I know anything about it really.

What i'm interested about crynchyroll is how large are the videos? If they are larger than what youtube uses then they wil probably lag too.
