Hey Maelfyn,

Wanted to know if you could tell me if its possible to make a Java based DB with a good look to it? I'm working on a huge blog that has a cast of 420 citizens, and 50 Marines. Each Citizen has a Code the Marines use to verify them . I want the readers to access the Java DB and be able to search each code. At some point I plan to have a Bio for every person in the story, so if or when I use them in the blog, you can find them by using the code and be able to see who they are, how many people in their family, the rank of each family member in their field, and a psychological report.

All that said, is it possible to do that in java thing? And how to I learn to do it :D

I'll recommend what I'm doing since it's all I know about and it's all free. Get something like XAMPP (or WAMP or LAMP), which includes php, apache, and mysql. That's about everything you'd need to do that. If they're values you'd want to enter manually, I think you could just use phpmyadmin to enter values manually. You'd still need to look up how to use php to report the values to a webpage upon doing a form type of search.
