It seems to only take 60 seconds to cooldown. As nice as that is, that doesn't match the tooltip.

I think at some point it was changed, but the tooltip was not updated. I'll fix it next update. Thanks!

Heres the shield that caused it and the bug.
Also I'll probably be posting all the bugs i find here rather than creating a bunch of threads

So Im not quite sure what happen, I had inventory infront of pause screen, which i think is intentional. But then I think I paused while map was open and the icons on left corner disappeared so I clicked an area, and then they disappeared, but I can hear the town music(which I had clicked) in background.
