It was only down for me for a little bit for the bank issue. You should try refreshing. It sticks on "Down for maint" until you do, usually.

What the crap, you are right. Refresh did fix it. Not because I left the tab open, even pulling up the page on a new tab did the same thing. I'm baffled.
