Some questions, and some bugs I have found.

maybe Blighthammer is bugged in particular tho? displays Poison damage but behind the scenes you accidentally set the code to Cold?

Possibly, but that is a TON of cold damage for the +elemental damage. Something else must be going on.

I can't believe this wasn't noticed earlier. Hotfixed this too because it may be affecting leaderboard values as well.

I've been noticing dot and other dmg is not rounding in IE. It is showing 35.75 dmg 28.333333333 dmg. and so on.

Hey question. Is it possible to put a pop out box for the quest your working on in the zone? I check the quest status allot especially when Im going through cleaning up green quests.

something that would be cool. Can have smaller text even :D

After spawning the initial mob, I can't get anymore monsters to spawn in the center position (and can't spawn more than 4 at a time because of it).

Also, I'd like to see text in the combat log or a text popup when a proc goes off! I often find myself kicking a monster to try and interrupt my proc animations. :p

This is a great idea. Something like WoW's quest indicator. It would be some work, but definitely worth it.

Yeah it would make sense to turn these on specifically, I suppose.

I'm about to upgrade to a newer version of windows. Is there anything I can do to save my characters from deleting?

Pharmakos, I also use the blighthammer and have no other cold damage however all my elemental DMG is showing as cold. I'm guessing its the weapon.

Do characters get any upgrades after the last spell other than new equip and skill ups? 60 lvls is a long way to go with no new things. I was thinking maybe at lvl 50 every time you lvl you get something. Maybe 1% increase to run speed for 3 lvls then +1hp tick for 3 lvls then +1mana for 3 lvls then other things based on class. Similar to AAs but without the options. Just an idea

I am not aware of any simple way to do it. It's HTML5's localStorage, so if you can out-google me, by all means do so and let us know how you did it.

There won't be any skill ups, but the new equipment should really help. It's just a matter of finding some. Also, there will be a trait system in the future, so that will help too. It'll probably be 98 skill points. One for each time you level. Btw, you can start finding exceptional items from any mob level 49 or higher.

I'm doing some back questing for the heck of it, and I'm unable to spawn some of the lower level mobs in certain zones (like clay guys in Beholder's Maze). 30 minutes of repeatedly hitting the find monster button later and I still haven't seen one!

I upgraded the "Glowing Black Stone" off-hand item 5 times with magic damage. The item shows that it was upgraded and the text in the chat area shows it was done, but the information on the item does not display 5% Magic Damage buff. I can send a screenshot if it will help.

Hello,

first of all thanks for all your work. One thing I noticed was that since yesterday I can't attack mobs on the far left with my Shadow Knights Cleave attack. The skill triggers the global cooldown but there are no damage numbers to the mob or splash damage, if spawned, to the one to the right. The HP doesn't seem to drop either. On the other hand if I cleave the second mob from the left the far left one gets hit. This problem doesn't exist with the mob on the far right. Maybe connected to this: Did the spawn order change to a more randomized version? Before the pattern seemed to always be
5 2 1 3 4
(or similar, the outer spawn positions were always populated last)
Since yesterday mobs appear at seemingly random locations except for the initial spawn.

I hope what I wrote makes sense, english isn't my native language.

Mobs are supposed to spawn in random positions now, I asked for that specifically to tone down the power of AE classes (who were all the top classes in the leaderboards). You can still do it now, but it's more risky. :)

Does skill haste currently work as intended? I made a rogue and with the skill haste buff I was expecting reduced cool downs but it doesn't seem to reduce them.

Also how do you 'interrupt' a physical attack with the paladin skill vengeance? I've never been able to get it to work. I'm thinking that skill could be revamped because its just a small 16 second mana absorb that isn't terribly useful. If anything maybe the mana absorb could be increased. Also I was thinking that paladins could get a DMG boost for all attacks from wisdom (SK int). Paladins have terrible DPS, no ae, and no 'finisher' so maybe a little bit more DMG from auto attack would be a good idea. Also I think maybe yaulp could be revised as I don't see a lot of difference in the strength it provides.

Basically I'm just saying the pally is lacking in comparison to other classes.

Also van resist checks get looked at? I rarely resist spells and have 150+ for every resistance when I need it. Of course there could be a level difference component that I'm unaware of!

Hope to kill some dragons this weekend :)

As far as I could tell, the interrupt melee just means that you do your skill while they're in the process of attacking you. So when you see them lunge at you is when you should do it.

Well ya thats when I do it but they still hit me. It's just a pretty useless skill, I'd rather have a if you hit a mob that is stunned you get more mana back over time. Or maybe if you use while a mob is casting a spell it interrupts that spell and silences them for a few seconds, not a stun though.

While I'm in armchair developer mode a neat ability I thought of that is paladinish, would be a spell shield that will absorb half of all spell dmg received before it fades (maybe lasts 5 seconds absorb 125-150 spell dmg at lvl 50). If it absorbs that much dmg then it blows up for a lot of damage (300-500 AE? Extra dmg to undead of course) otherwise it just fades. BUT, while the shield is on the player, the player is silenced, no spells in and no spells out. And give it like a 45-60 second cooldown. Then if the baddies get hit by the holy blast they get some armor or attack debuff. This certainly sounds fun to code!


Also, i was thinking instead of yaulp being a 2 min duration, no cooldown it could be a 20-30 second duration, buff Str and Dex (50-70ish)and have a 40-60 second cooldown. Dex has a much larger effect on damage than str. Just some armchair development ; p.
