Itemize hell, of course! I will not add procs and "flavor text" to items until the items are all done. I think it's more important to itemize hell for the psychos that actually want to brave hell.

The difference it the ability to choose it or not, necros die eventually if they don't click off the buff or lifetap a lot. Instead they have craptons of mana!
