So if you don't know I remade my cleric, same name: Patato, Race: Halfing (I'm Hidden yo). Not that I want competition, but why is there no level 97 clerics? Once you have MoJ the game changes for chains galore, and while mana is your only weakness, with gear, and using your abilities right, you will not run out of mana. Once you have Mark, its over, Blessing becomes an AOE with 30-40% dmg bonus with Martyrs, Heals that do damage, SR becomes a powerful fast cast Single target DD.

That doesn't even include what Talents will do. Just think you have 10 seconds of dmg bonus, thats one aoe, and two DD's if you quick cast (rapidly tap the spells to cast in succession). Your heal refills 40% or two yellow bubbles, Guardians in same level fights will not go down until the timer is coming back around for another instant click. Even if it does go down, use your stun and root to control the fight.

How much more do i have to say to hype this class. Oh there is the drull leveling, the slow kills, long chains that take forever, but hey you are invinceable, with a constant mana flow with leach, and Martyr's turning damage into mana. So try it, don't I don't care. I like holding the top spot with my now dead patato, but the new one is only 20 levels behind so watch out.

I think clerics and shaman are the only class that haven't beat normal yet. People hate playing healers. I think that's the only reason.

I plan to go all the way WAH WAH . I like the shaman to, so the plan is to pass on the cleric gear to my shaman, and get him up to ELITE gear level. The cleric is so fun though its hard not to play him. I really want 28

I made a cleric as part of testing out various classes (and unloading all sorts of gear to a char that could use em) and it was brutally slow to play. Of course this was pretty much after playing mage, then ranger, then bard to 50+ so it was rough to compare (putting out 1300dps in normal with a bard... sheesh). I'll probably go back to trying it some more eventually. It could be one of those classes that just doesn't stand out as being enjoyable until you really get going in levels.

Maybe with the mana free smite (haven't played it since before you changed initial spells) it will be better.

Yea bard is very hard to hate The Cleric is gawd awful slow but even with it being slow the phase mobs mean nothing to me since they can't hurt me, and I can crit them with martyrs every several seconds.
