Let's create a sticky of all the quest bonuses. Post a zone/quest with the quest bonus you can remember and I'll edit the original post until the list is complete. All I can remember off the top of my head at the moment is:
Estate of Unrest: +30 Magic Resistance // Total = +90 Magic Resistance
Permafrost Keep: +30 Cold Resistance // Total = +90 Cold Resistance
Nagafen's Lair: +30 Fire Resistance // Total = +90 Fire Resistance
Kedge Keep: +30 Lightning Resistance // Total = +90 Lightning Resistance
Splitpaw Lair: +30 Poison Resistance // Total = +90 Poison Resistance
Castle Mistmoore: +1 All Skills // +3 All Skills
Lower Guk: +1 All Skills // +3 All Skills
Cazic Thule: +2 HP Regen // +6 HP Regen
Blackburrow: +1 All Stats // +3 All Stats
Befallen: +1 All Stats // +3 All Stats
Upper Guk: +1 All Stats // +3 All Stats
Najena: +1 All Stats // +3 All Stats
Crushbone +20 HP // +60 HP
Clan Runneye: +20 HP // +60 HP
Solusek's Eye: +20 HP // +60 HP
Total Quest Bonuses with all difficulties completed:

Oh the Wiki wasn't up yet the last time I looked. Has it started yet? I'll start adding stuff. I love this game to bits.
Will still compile a full list here though, as it's nice to have. I've done so many characters and yet I'm always trying to remember what's what. I love the quest bonuses. Any plans to make more in the future? There is so much great potential with quests and permanent rewards with other stats such as haste and gold find etc.

List complete. Would be cool to one day have epic quests with bonuses that give stuff like Casting Haste, Magic Damage, Attack Speed, Fear Reduction, etc.

Nice Marrow looks awesome, I'm going through every quest with my cleric right now, to get all these bonuses. I'm done with Crushbone, Befallen, Blackburrow, Runnyeye, and working on allot of second teir zones.

i don't think these are working, or something is not right. i'm level 97 have beaten damn near every level. My resistances are 109 pr 39 mr 69 lr 66 cr 66 fr is this just a display bug?

No. In Hell your resistances are -120. It's part of the increased difficulty.
