Sure. Wouldn't be hard to fix.

High level weapons are not suppose to be procing, correct? I know my new pair of Celestial Fists are not procing, and several other Elite Unique weapons I have come across the past several days. I just wanted to double check this was a known issue that you have just not had time to implement yet, and not something that is buggy and should actually be working atm.

As of a couple days ago, I could not get the following to proc for me:
Celstial Fists Star of the Guardian Singing Short Sword Spear of Fate Claw of Phara Dar
Or at least I could not get a buff icon to pop up for me, perhaps they were working but I was not seeing a graphic. I will test them out again right now.
Edit: added Claw of Phara Dar

Ok just did some more testing of some various weapons I had in the bank, the results are as follows:
PROCING (seems to be working as intended) Razor Fang of Xygoz Gallantine's Gleaming Bastard Sword Spear of Fate
NOT PROCING (or atleast no icons) Celstial Fists Star of the Guardian (looks like has some sort of animation, but no buff icon) Singing Short Sword Claw of Phara Dar
It appears it is the procs that are suppose to proc a self buff that are not working, perhaps? All the ones that proc a DD type of spell seem to be working alright.

Phara Dar does a frenzy. Seems to be working for me at least.
Edit: Celestial Fists does the same frenzy effect. Also appears to work. What browser?

Star of the Guardian is PROBABLY working, but it does not show an icon for it. It gives you 1 shield hp, so it can essentially eat an entire hit for you. The shield will eat an infinite amount of damage, but only one hit.

Singing short sword's proc actually a passive buff to the sword's haste
Spoiler: it's delay is half of what the weapon indicates, but the effect is BARD only

For Celestial Fists and Phara Dar, you should see a white cloud around you and then notice rapid auto attacks. Do you see that?

Ok, so I have noticed what I think you may be talking about. Occassionally these white, hula hoop looking circles fall down around me. I tried to notice if my auto attacks increased when that happened and its hard to tell, my attack haste is almost capped as it is. But I think that is what you are talking about it? What would be neat is if anytime anything proc'd it would throw a temporary buff icon on you in this situations (even if its just for a couple seconds). That way we don't have to worry about not seeing the procs because of graphics settings, or confusing them with mob's spell animations, etc.
