Something's broke with rare/boss mobs

Decided to finally clear PoH and finish Hell, and this is what happened

Just 154 gold, no exp, no loot. It wasn't just that either, Maestro didn't drop anything. I cleared the whole zone and all I got was a low level unique, and one rare item, which were both from regular mobs.

And I know they were from regular mobs, as I didn't kill any rare ones because they seem to have double hp or something. Against Hell mode Inny, I had to do about 82k dmg to kill him. A level 95 rare zombie in PoF took 182k, and some lvl 87 rare fish took ~160k, neither of which had Juggernaut or anything. And neither of them dropped anything, nor gave exp.


Unrelated but broken - when I kill something, it seems to proc the Chill effect from the Detonate Soul talent to every mob left on screen. Kept noticing it when I'd kill a SK pet, and the ghoul would have the Chill on it. I dont even have a single point in that talent, and last time I did, it seemed like it was broken anyway.

Working better now, they seem to be giving exp/loot like normal. Still the rare/elite ones have double the HP of a raid boss, but there's at least a reward for spending 2 minutes to kill something.

Still ver 6-70, so I dont know if you actually did anything, but its not acting the same as it did this morning.

I have also noticed that champions seem to have MUCH more hp than uniques or even bosses. Not sure if this is intended or whether the issue is champs being too tough or uniques/bosses too weak.

Good catch. It was multiplying once too many times. Thanks for catching this. Fixed next update.
