Does completing quests reward EXP? If so, it is not being displayed.

So now I am seeing the quest EXP, very cool...=) The question is, how much of a reward were you targeting per quest, early on it seems you get just under 2 white mobs worth of exp per quest, but that ratio decreases as you move through quests (maybe it has to do with the color of the quest?) how much of a reward should a player get per quest?

It's something like the quest's level * 18 + 12. This is something that could definitely be tinkered with since some quests are definitely harder, but it's hardly a priority right now.
