I was playing a few minutes ago and everything was fine. I finished the riven grotto 1 quests and went to the map screen to go to riven grotto 2. When I clicked the nameplate for it, the bar on the right side of the screen (options, camp, inventory etc.) disappeared. After clicking it again an alert said that I was already in riven grotto 2, but I was still on the map screen. This happens to any area I click on. When I refreshed I was in Edinburg with nothing on the screen except the background art and still get the same map/side bar bug.

Yep, it's happening to me too. I'm stuck at Riven Grotto 1. Clicking on any other areas does nothing but an error message says I'm already at the location. This followed by missing skill bars and option panel on the right side.

On the character select screen, does it say you're in Riven Grotto 1?

Same thing for me.
On character select screen it says I'm in plane of chaos, but when trying to travel anywhere (for example, Fenwoven), when I click Fenwoven it says "You are already located in Fenwoven!". Then the skill bars, etc. all disappear.

This will make it playable, but still bugged: 1) Click the nameplate where you want to go until it says "you're already in ____!" 2) By now the sidebar should have disappeared, so refresh browser 3) you should be in that area 4) repeat when you need to change areas

Okay, I figured it out. Has to do with the version 1 map stuff I put in. Should be all fixed now. Thanks for identifying this.
