Hm, did you equip it toward the end of the fight? It seems to proc for about 100 for me. Procs plenty, too.

Im actually getting some weird fire damage in my battles also, just tested one with using melee on a shaman no damage modifiers and getting the same odd damage. http://grab.by/CevI

Also, I know resists get dropped in nightmare and hell, but do they drop fear, stun, cold, and silence reductions as well?
