Stupid question, how the flip do i move my action bars. I can pick them up and drag and drop but they just reset back to the spot they were in, what am i missing? Not seeing anything in the options either.

Hmm cancel that, switched over to IE and was able to move them. However with chrome i was not.

Sometimes the dragged button itself can actually block its own drop target. Just kinda move the mouse in the direction away from the dragged button. Hard to explain without a video. One day I'd like to perfect this feature, but it's really low on the priority list. heh heh.

I'll make the dragged button position itself farther away to avoid this obstruction. Fixed next update.

I'll also make this a time-based drag instead of a distance-based drag.
