Hey Maelfyn, did something change in the newbie zones? I seem to be getting ambushed in several of the 1-10 or 1-15 zones.

In combat or out of combat? I made a pretty minor change to getting ambushed as a result of searching for a battle (there's approximately a 95% chance the monster you find ambushes you first).

I didn't really mess with normal ambush stuff.

I just fought 3x Scruffy in Qeynos Hills at the same time - maybe a little check so that you can't fight the same named monsters at the same time would be in place?

Yeah, that's something that's coming eventually. You can't fight two of the same rare mob at the same time, but common named stuff like Scruffy you can. That'll get fixed.

On Explorer, I am not in battle, and I am getting ambushed by level 10 to 14 mobs at level 1 :D Don't know if thats Explorer only. Also I noticed the Rare, unique item counters aren't going up on the character sheet on the right hand side. :D

Also I can't Get Subjigate on my warrior to be usable? Does it only work when your health is below 35%?

Little problem casting:

Fighting mob A, everything's fine.
Mob A starts to run.
I search for mob B.
Start to cast on mob B.
Mob A dies to dots and my casting is interrupted.
Happens every time.

Also, if there was a way you could let casters hold two items in their hands, instead of a weapon in main hand. That would be great.

I'll check on all of these. I believe subjugate is triggered by the enemy dodging your auto attack.

Edit: subjugate appears okay, but the counters are now fixed :roll:

I actually like the spell interruption on my necro, when you get high enough to cast that spell that is a huge dmg aoe when a monster dies, it is a visual trigger to cast that spell. Plus when a monster dies you auto target the next monster on the screen. If you play like me and have 3 monsters up at a time, I might be casting Fear and a mob dies, if that mob dies I don't want fear to cast on the a mob I'm just letting rot while I am attacking a harder mob.

Looks like I'm going to have to remake my necro again after my current one gets 50 because I died while trying to make a video:D computer lag and all.

Going to start a lets play series of Nevergrind, of a necro on the browser I don't have a necro yet. 1 to 50 no deaths is going to be the plan for the lets play.

Would it be possible to implement a way to manually interrupt casting?

I think thats a great idea. Like a move button, that will interrupt your spell, as if you moved in eq your spell would not cast.

Yeah I have thought about this. Not sure what would be the best way to do it. Maybe if you click a cancel button on your cast bar?

Will Do, Its going to be a wizard not a necro. Just waiting till I have some better caster gear to move to it.

Had a gear stat question. What is Light Radious, and how does Enhanced armor work?

Light radius makes all types of ambushes less likely. Enhanced armor is automatic and it just buffs the base armor of the item. So just read the +armor on the item. That's what really matters. Enhanced armor is just saying "this is stronger than normal".

Plate armor is currently white on my ranger!

Edit: Actually, it's only the plate belt, not the plate shoulders.

Are you sure? Does it have the lightweight attribute? If so that means there's no penalty for your ranger.
