oh oh, hm... didn't even consider that. With rares I'm pretty sure level requirements are triggered by the attributes themselves. I'm surprised that didn't get one because it has some great stats. I'll have to look into it. Could be pretty cool though because you could find a neat rare that makes a great twink item.

Question is... is this a desireable bug? It definitely gives you a reason to hunt rares.

I kind of like having the ability to twink a character. I was thinking earlier if there would be a way to NG+ where you basically started over at 1 after hitting 99, but with some bonus stats or some such.
