Hi Charged Bolts appears to go 1 x current target, and all other hits to the far left mob position (regardless of whether there's a mob in it or not). Awesome if you need that position annihilating, but not so useful the rest of the time

On that note I decided to change Magician's Firestorm and Druid's Thunderstorm (the talented volcano passive), too. I think any skill that worked this way felt very underwhelming.
