I tried upgrading my Off-Hand (Chancellor's Bias) with Magical Damage -- no matter which option I choose the item is upgraded with Physical. I had 2 of them in my inventory so I tried both options on both of them and no matter what is chosen I get the 1% physical upgrade.

Same exact bug here, and not only my off hand (Testament of Rinara) but also my main hand (Sage's Wit) will only upgrade phys dmg no matter what option I choose.

Thanks, I was holding off upgrading my weapon and the like until I got the okay. This should make hell a little easier
