I think you can safely leave a second tab open without it booting you as long as you don't log in. I thought about doing this... and I think this was actually available at one point.... ? But it's a low priority right now.

Slept for a few hours, got back up. I've got to take off in a few minutes though and I'll be gone for around 6 hours. I'm not happy about it, but stuff's gotta get done.

It's the same issue I had earlier. I'm wondering if it has something to do with using the bank in the field and it somehow disconnects you from the server. I can't confirm though. I'm currently on my second playthrough of Volcanic Siege and the rest of the stages, but wakefulness is starting to drag a bit.

I don't think it's the banking trinket. I'm guessing it has something to do with... um... maybe somehow your session data is getting messed up.

It's weird it keeps my level though. Just quest progress is reset.
Edit: Almost back to him, hopefully this time it will save.

Alright, I'm done. I got back to natty, camped out with everything but him cleared, and now my progress is back at ashenflow peak 3. I'm too tired to run through those stages again.

Are you opening a 2nd tab at all? I'm wondering if the session difficulty value is getting overwritten when you open a second tab perhaps. I'll try fixing it that way.

Okay... I'm almost positive that is what's causing it. I'm going to hotfix this in a minute here with 1-0-2. As soon as you open a 2nd tab the game thinks you're on normal difficulty again...
