Was messing around with different weapons see what different procs did.. I can't imagine this is right (doesn't actually seem to do anything)

Probably worded poorly... sort of. It's a good curse. Your next attack hits very hard iirc. Should be +100 enhanced damage on next attack. Magic or physical. DoT ticks don't count.

Not yet. Need a wiki article for it. A table that links to the item and a proc description would probably be a good idea.

I would love an explanation of effects and procs... I spent like 20 minutes today trying to figure out exactly what frenzy does...

Negative. He's talking about the weapon proc. Frenzy reduces your auto attack speed to half a second while frenzy is active.

Great proc, just alright weapon. I still think a good 2hander is better. PLanning on trying to dual wield them on my ranger and hoping it works out.
