I killed Chief Grimden on my Paladin, and the Chief stayed on the screen. I could spam click him to 'kill' him as his health went into the negatives. I didn't gain anything from it. It would let me into Act 2 from the map screen, but then say I was in combat when attempting to use the portal to go to the first area in Act 2. So when I exit and enter the game it thought I never killed the Chief. I recorded a video just after I killed him to show what was going on. I'm on Chrome. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4fS1aHTrv4 hopefully this helps.

If you could open up your console (F12) and see what kind of critical error is happening, I bet there's something obvious happening when you kill him.

Nice... twitter broke Chief Grimden! I wonder if this is happening to everyone or... just you for some reason. Thanks much for reporting this.

Oh... um. Are you playing from work? Maybe twitter's domain is blocked and it prevented loading that twitter library. I bet that's what it is. From now on I'll have to check if Twitter is defined properly. Thanks... I bet that's what it is.

I'm not. I'm at home. I don't run anything that should interfere and I can get to twitter no problem. The only 'security' I have is the firewall on my router.
I'm a risk taker, eh?
EDIT: I take that back. I do run a script blocker on my browser. Maybe that's it?

Just tested in Firefox on Nightmare, no issues. He died, just like he always does.

It's probably something related to that. In any case it is blocking this file somehow: Twitter widgetOr if you open your console and type typeof(twttr) it will come back undefined because it was blocked. No worries. I need to check for these type of problems anyway.

That... worked. Unless you did something just before I loaded the page to test that, that was the problem.

Who'dda thunk it.
Welp, now we know. Was my script blocker blocking that particular script. I had allowed twitter's scripts directly on their homepage so I figured it was OK, but there was a different one from twitter on your page that I had to allow.
Thanks!
