I don't see it ever proc. My guess is it makes you attack more/faster just by equipping?

Triggers a Bard only effect. This is a rare kind of mechanic. Uhm... it buffs your physical damage by a lot if you max the euphonic hymn talent.

As a bard with max euphonic hymn... say wat? So the proc only works for bard? These proc effects need to be documented somewhere.... pull them straight out of the source code and let someone sort them out if necessary. I definitely had one of these at some point and didn't keep it.

I found one of these and while I was able to identify the graphic unique to using this sword (it was obviously procing), I couldn't figure out what it actually did

I believe it procs for bards only... doesn't it have a crazy ass animation ??? I think it's supposed to do an animation monks have. Maybe it's not animating? It's pretty obvious.

Yeah I was on my bard, I can see the animation (flash of light type thing) but don't see an effect, maybe in all the spam I'm not catching a proc message or increased damage. Doesn't apply a buff or debuff that's obvious.
