From the exceptional pool, it's all about Ribcracker. Once you've found one, you can throw away all your other exception weapons because you'll never need another one.

Got Ribcracker just before the Act III Boss - ohwhatshisname?- in Nightmare with my Sk, it really boosted my dps !! Very nice weapon, it'll carry me to Hell easily - I hope, this is in HC...

Elite for sure. I am willing to bet every exceptional item has been found. Elites are much harder. Some uniques REQUIRE a mob of at least level 95 to drop it. Not many (if anyone) is farming level 95+ mobs.

Where do lvl95+ mobs spawn? I guess I could farm a bit with my Wiz, do I have to do only Dire Sanctum/Nimgaul Hell or earlier?
...oh well I'll check tonight and find out, I'll let you know if a runestone Maul drops - but that won't help my hc Sk

Your tracker clearly isn't perfect. I don't actually use it, while the +dmg on it is incredible, the lack of any hastes or leech makes it less than say cranium basher or granite face smasher. I even parsed it on ranger which benefits the most from +dmg and I wasn't impressed.

There was a day or two when I disabled it. You must have got it around then.

Btw, you gotta remember you can get haste with other slots, so it may not matter. You're not going to find that much physical damage in other slots. Just a thought.

Yup, if you can get up there to "soft cap" haste (around ~70) without any haste on the weapon then runestone is probably the best 2hander in the game. But I haven't been able to sacrifice that many slots for haste at this point.

Here is a fantastic example. Great ring, crit chance + dmg, absorb, dual leech.

Problem is, I'll never use it. Nature's Agony's +15 status reductions is pretty much required to hit stun and fear reduc cap in hell unless you're going to run something silly like golems crust (low lvl, 30 stun reduct).

What the reduction in hell? 40? So you need 130 stun / fear resist (260 total) and I can count on one hand the number of items that have +50 total of these. Balancing them, it means you need stun / fear reduct on most of your gear to cap it (which is all but required to clear hell imo).

^You can halve those req if you're an Ogre... and btw I've cleared Hell on my Erudite Wiz without capped stun/fear red ( but the fact that wiz can cast Ice Block even when stunned etc. helps)
