I just finally got the first Elite weapon I can use... (like 8 slashing ones before this!)

What does the Fissure Proc do for Earth Shifter? I see it shaking my screen, but beyond that... nothing really happens as far as I can tell.

Read this once and forget to respond, sorry. I should actually address this. It's doing the old crappy targeting system where attacks can potentially miss. So earthquake is hitting, but in a spot where there's no monster. Stupid. I'll change this next update. Basically it's supposed to hit 5 times and interrupt with each hit. I'll slightly lower the proc damage since the hits will be guaranteed.
