Hi. Does anyone know the actual atk/delay of hands? Is there an accurate way to test DPS of different builds? Also, what does item quality add to a weapon or armor? Does it just give a +% to stats of the item?

You can see the attack/delay of your attacks by hovering over the auto-attack button on the far left. After every fight a fight statistics box pops up with your average dps. You can also turn on the combat spam option in the settings to get the combat information if you want to do a manual parse.
Keep in mind raw dps from the autoattack icon doesn't include things like armor or any sort of damage reduction your enemy has..

I was wondering specifically about monk hands with no weapon. Apparently they get better every level so just wondering how I could compare them to a weapon.

Monk hands do get better as you level. They hit harder and faster. Pretty sure I covered how you can compare unarmed vs weapon in my post above.
