The average American woman weighs 166.2 pounds, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. As reddit recently pointed out, that's almost exactly as much as the average American man weighed in the early 1960s.
Meh, it's easy to understand, you have convenient tasty food and exercise is frowned upon (sometimes).
When i was a kid, my parents tried to feed me steak, i hated it, i mean i liked the inside meat but i HATED THE JUCKY WHITE THING, i think it's tissue connector or something, well i still hate it even at 20 yo. Basically, i was super skinny because nothing my parents made was tasty, i had horribly oily french fries and a disgusting steak that took me 20 minutes to dissect. Since age 16 they started to understand finally that i won't eat crap so they started making minced meat and added vegetables to the mix, in like few months time i got to normal weight and wasn't skinny anymore. For 16 years i thought i hated food until i realized, i just disliked the stuff i was getting..
Now i can imagine myself getting fat if i got everything i loved in infinite quantities..
