whats going on with my attack haste. There are no spells or anything on me also i have no armor penalties either and this is after a re-log.

Hm, are you wearing set items? Might be some new bug after I did several updates related to attack haste. I can check your character when I get home tonight.

I had that happen a few days ago logging completely out and back in fixed it. i tried to duplicate what caused it but couldn't.

Definitely an annoying bug. I'll work on this tonight. It has to do with a not-so-good method of modifying haste which allows for negative values to happen if I don't perfectly code it.

I logged in this morning and its fixed, i'm back at 38%. The bug was just weird i was farming a zone, then the zone just got really really hard all of a sudden.
