So I just had a SK on normal mode, today I create a wizard on hardcore mode, when I went to the bank it was empty, I thought all the slots in the bank where shared on the account. Or it didnt happen because of diferent modes?

No, sir. Hardcore and softcore modes are walled off from each other. It's like that in almost every game like this (D2, PoE).
