Some issues On both Chrome and Explorer.

Chrome and Explorer are not showing kill stats anymore

Explorer is not posting any sound.

Chrome on high graphics is laging where on explorer it is not.

Edit: Also on both Chrome and Explorer you xp shows 5 yellow bars until you kill, then it shows your actual xp.

Shaman in explorer has to many or too big of applit or icon boxes that you can't see the option to spawn another mob, run auto attack on and special

- Fixed broken battle report
- NG does not support sound in Explorer; see the chat log on the login screen.
- Graphics appear okay to me. Honestly IE and Chrome appears smoother than it does in Firefox (I do most testing in FF).
- Unable to duplicate this exp bar not updating bug. May be a specific circumstance. Perhaps more detail? I'll watch for it.
- Fixed Shamans' screwed up battle panel.

I figured out the problem, it was adding pet attack to the bottom list. I refreshed and it fixed it.

that is awesome, so are you going to add all the rare weapons and armor at some point with base stats? I think a Wiki is a great idea.

I'll add as much as I can. There are particular things I definitely want to spell out for players. More technical stuff like armor penalties is probably confusing to new players. The difference between skill and attack haste. What attributes do. Stuff like that.

Yea I can see how people might not understand those kind of things. I have it saved as a favorite, I'll keep checking back on it, between gaming :D Moved my cleric to Castle Mistmore. Lguk has to many ambushes that are level 45+

Gotz to be kidding me :D all my char's are gone on chrome, which is where I had my 33 cleric, 26 necro, 22 mage, and so on. I didn't do anything to cause it.

I'm loving this game so far and I look forward to all the changes you have planned.
Here are a few observations and perhaps bugs that I've noticed. I'm sorry if they've been brought to your attention before.

1. Moving gear from the bank directly to the equipment slot. I have to move it to my inventory before I equip it. Not really a bug I guess, just quality of life :lol:

2. Game crashes at the character creation screen when I have a certain class clicked and I change the race to one that can't use it. For example, having the Bard class highlighted than clicking the Troll race.

3. Cast bars disappear when my target dies but the spell is still cast against remaining targets.

4. When enemies buff themselves or cast a spell I have no way of knowing what spell they used. I can certainly tell when they use a DoT or a DD on me but when I see a buff on them or a debuff on me I can't tell what it is. Yes, I realize I can look at my character sheet to see what affect the sell has on me but I hate to have to do that every time.

5. Corpse Explosion. It's a very difficult spell to use. It is powerful when I can get it off so I guess there is that. The time limit I have when I kill an enemy seems very short. If the enemy dies while I'm casting a spell the timer seems to freeze at which point I'm spamming the spell in an effort to get it off, which it does. Could you put the timer on the tooltip or somehow make a corpse graphic on the screen at least until timer is up?
Edit: Tested the cast bar issue with this today, seems to happen more when using Ignite blood.

6. Weather transitions still seem kind of choppy for me. The sky goes black and flickers before the next weather pattern starts.

7. The lower 1/5 of the screen seems like its always cropped off. Even when I use CTRL+Mousewheel to make the game screen smaller I still can't access the lower skill bar. I am using a widescreen monitor at 1280x780 resolution as well as firefox.
Edit: I found that by setting the screen size lower and restarting the game fixes this. Although it isn't the same resolution as my screen I can at least see everything.

8. I am absolutely loving the necromancer. How is conjuration affecting my pet? I understand that it raises his level, but is that pretty much it? Does it affect his proficiency at dealing or absorbing damage or are they set amounts?

8.5 So, could I load up on Conjuration gear, summon a high level pet and put back on my evocation and alteration gear? Heh, seems like something I need to test ; )

9. Tracking seems to almost never work but when I rotate through enemies searching for a fight it's almost always more efficient to find champion enemies that way, so I wonder what I need the 3 minute CD for when it takes half a minute to find a champ anyways.

10. The experience bar always seems full when I switch to a different character until I kill an enemy at which point it sets to the proper amount.

11. Where is my save data located? Is it server side, or is it local? If it is the later, than where can I find it so I know not to delete it with CCleaner and the like.

12. Enemy pets make the same death sound as their master.

I think that's it for now. I saw this game through a facebook post by my EQ guild leader and I thought I would check it out. I'm having a blast with it while looking for all the awesome stuff you've been putting into it. The other day I asked myself, "where the hell did the bank go," so I went to town and found it, than I was pleasantly surprised to find the trainer working.

Hey, welcome to the board! I'll look into each of those when I get my xampp environment running again. I sort of had a development environment disaster last night and I don't know why it stopped working. It's totally destroying my productivity this weekend. I'm completely reinstalling Windows as a result.

Ah, that stinks. I actually found two pretty big bugs today. When my bank was full I somehow glitched it to where I was duplicating items. The "problem" was that it was over-riding other pieces of gear and deleting them. I was also equipping errant gears into the wrong slots, like bracers on my head and such. I cleared some space in the bank and reloaded the game, seems to be working fine now. The other bug was with the Wizard's Magic Missiles, I'm not sure if it's intentional but if I spam the button it operates like rapid fire and melts my target. It wouldn't be that bad if it didn't totally bog down my game with "lag," it seems maybe the server continues to register my clicks or something. I had to restart the page to get it running properly again.

Hm, I'll have to check that magic missile bug. How in the world did you dupe the bank items? And equipping boots on your head? How? Haven't heard an inventory bug in a long time.

Maelfyn this is something that happened to me a while back, its when I would play offline that it would cause items to duplicate and would bug your gear as if your trying to put items in your head shoulder or what ever slot and you would say have a pair of boots there. I haven't had this happen since you fixed the duplication bug.

My internet wasn't that stable at the time so that might be it. I tried to recreate the bug but I failed. If it happens again ill try to remember what triggered it.

Been a busy weekend, but I should be able to look into the bugs tonight. My dev environment is up and running again. Maybe even finish upgrading weapons and armor. :)

Yeah, that's pretty annoying. Maybe I'll fix that, but until then you can double-click bank items to move them to the inventory quickly.

Working as intended ;) This helps keep the action going! You can hit space bar to cancel if you change your mind.

Hm, yeah I might add this in later. Might as well. For some reason I thought maybe people wouldn't care because the effect wasn't on themselves. I guessed wrong.

Yeah, this window is a bit tight. I extended it from three to five seconds and added a note about the timing to the tooltip.

Sometimes hitting ctrl+0 helps go to the default browser zoom. What users do with zoom is beyond my scope of control.

Conjuration makes your pet have more of the key stats. Higher level, More hp, more str, more def, more resists. This was a fairly recent change.

Probably. Champions are a good bet, but they don't have the best chance to drop uniques. They're good if you're hunting for rare items though. Tracking is great because it gives you a free shot at rare mob encounters which currently have the highest unique drop rates.

I've never seen this myself, but I made some code adjustments. This may have fixed it?

At this time it is saved using HTML5's localStorage feature, so it is found in your web browser's locally saved data. Finding those exact files is not easy and I've never seen exactly where it goes myself. If you can figure it out, let me know. I don't think moving the files around is a simple task, but maybe it is? This feature is always planned to be a part of the game, but a database is planned when that time comes.
