Some slight adjustments were made to the bosses. Here's how it will work from now on:

* All bosses on normal now have the dauntless champion trait.
* Dauntless has been changed from 75% fear & stun reduction to 50% (so actually less powerful)
* Bosses' innate stun/fear reduction by 25% was removed.

TLDR? This mean? It means all bosses now have 50% fear and stun duration reduction. In my experience the bosses did feel harder to me because it is harder to lock them down. That extra 25% duration makes a big difference.

When I get around to it, bosses will also get a 2nd and 3rd trait in nightmare and hell. For example fire enchanted, cold enchanted, lightning enchanted, multiple pets summoned at intervals, conviction aura, lamprey, vampiric, crippling aura are all probably boss traits. Just some fun ideas.

But don't let all of this worry you because the new items are sick :)

Edit: Also, dragon breath attacks now last longer.

I promise! I'm not insane. Also, I just uploaded so the bosses should be pretty hard. Maybe too hard? I had no time to test and it's late as shit. Hopefully I didn't leave it full of bugs.

52 ranger beat hate, Inny was hard. long fight. Repeated iron maiden is nasty.

P.S. Shafted on the loot again, 4 yellows, no uniques.

Phinny is the only one my 52 bard can kill so far out of the pre planes bosses.

I wouldn't town them down to much really: I think as long as we can kill them before they turn light blue should be fine (grow into your bosses).

Only problem is most early adopters will probably be better-than-average players, so I don't want to be too hard on the average player. Especially in normal difficulty. I'll let it go a bit more. I want the bosses to be a fun challenge too. If you get through the whole game just to curbstomp the boss that's very anti-climactic, too.

Nah, being able to get to the bosses and being able to kill them at low levels is totally different. I'm sure it wasn't easy to even get to them at your level, and you weren't able to defeat them. They need to be tuned to average geared level 50ish characters, and be beatable by each class. No easy task.

Possibly in part, but I might scale them back a bit if people continue to have problems with them. I don't want this game to become Dark Souls 3.

it wasn't, haha :) i'm the type of person that enjoys beating his head against the wall until i figure out how to knock the wall down.... definitely not the norm.

i also figured out how to solo dark blue cons in Skyfire Mountains on my Project1999 Warrior, if that tells you anything =p
