Just curious on this skill.

I seems to do the same damage regardless of using 1 or 5 bubbles of tech points.

Also, using a piercer in main hand is supposed to grant 2 combo bonus. What exactly is 2 combo bonus since I have tried with and without a piercer in main hand and notice no differences in any way.

I'm going to rework this a bit tonight since I'm doing its talent too. Expect it to make more sense tonight.

Was backstab nerfed? I used to have most of my crits hit for 9999, now I'm seeing most in the 7k range with regular hits much lower (2-4k) with full points in the backstab talent and only using the skill with full points.

It shouldn't feel nerfed. My tooltip went up in damage if your mana is full, but in some cases it may have appeared to go down.

Ok it's being weird. Now I'm seeing the same thing on the first hit - normal hits are 3-4k, crits up to 7k, up to 10k with wood elf passive and evade and I also just saw a second hit, small text, that crit for 32k (crippling blow) with evade/wood elf passive up.

That's the first time I remember seeing a second hit. It does look like the first hit is lower damage though. Maybe it's just me.

Just had another hit immediately after a backstab - this time it was a crit for 54k. It's only happening maybe once every 40-50 backstabs.

The regular backstab hit was for 4k.

Sounds like assassinate from cold blood bonus.

I don't have any points in the cold blood talent, but that does make sense with the issues with the talent mapping!

fixing now. In le fixing mode. Looking over the posts to make sure I don't miss one. Already fixed the sonic strike issue.

Couple of things with the talents after the fixes:

1. It doesn't look like Hyper Strike is doing anything, talented or not. My skill haste stays at 47% regardless of whether I have the buff up or not.

2. What does the 20 pt bonus on prowling gash do?

3. Prowling gash becomes a super weak skill with the cooldown. At 20 pts its only 2kish to three targets.

Everything else is working great. The 20 pt bonuses for Widow strike and Sonic strike look like the all star talents.

1. I think just the stat page is not updating. It is making your skill haste faster.
2. Rapid auto attack frenzy.
3. Eh, might reduce the cd here.

No the cap is still 60. Obviously this would change your gear priorities.

Im still not noticing a double backstab unless that 170ish hit is supposed to be the 2nd backstab hit.

Ill hit with the 1st backstab for maybe 2800 then a followup for 170. SHouldnt a double backstab hit twice hard now hit hard once that barely scratch on the 2nd?

I saw this working on test. Maybe refresh? I will double check it tomorrow. It WAS broken at first.

DOuble backstab worked once i repsecced again but now the 20 skill for widow strike is not adding any poison damage to any melee hits.

Any news on widow strike? Last time i 20 pointed it the poison buff for melee hits wasnt working.

Poison damage should be fixed next update.
