After running malware software (SpyHunter), my characters for Mozilla Firefox no longer appear on the sign-in page.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe there's anything that can be done. I can only offer the following consolation:
- I just uploaded a major patch with new background and monster artwork.
- Server accounts are probably less than a month away.
