Hi, awesome and addictive game!

However - a friend and I tried to both play at the same time today. Separate laptops, same wifi. Neither of us can log in. We get the usual skill icons (slightly messed up for me, bleeding over dividing line edges) but it hangs on the loading splash screen. Also some extra text in lower right (Loading, please wait.. the hint/tip from the display.. Entering Edenburg)

We've both played loads elsewhere, this seems suspicious, is there a location IP component or something that might be clashing? It's only when we both tried to play at the same time. Or is the server down (No issues with main web page, character creation etc..... so I don't think so?) There's no issue with the internet connection or bandwidth.

Whatever it was, we're both now wedged regardless of browser choice or simultaneous attempts to play. Ideas?

Right now Nevergrind is a single-player RPG, and your IP address isn't tracked at all, so that shouldn't be an issue. You should be able to play on 100 computers from the same public IP address without a problem. I just logged into the game with no problem whatsoever...

I am leaning toward something going on with your network. Are there any permission/restrictions on the browsers you're using? Perhaps some domain types are being blocked? That's all that comes to mind at the moment.

Can you get to imgur.com ? Some images are hosted there.

Thanks for the quick response! No issues with imgur, and no blocks I'm aware of on the network (it's my house!). I'll have a rummage on the router but I'm baffled.

Could I get a screenshot? That might help. A shift+F5 might possibly help, but I really doubt it as this should never be necessary. I've seen weirder things. Or try another browser?

Yup, here ya go. Note this is a freshly-created wizard, there's definitely something weird going on with the icons.
I've tried Chrome and Firefox, same issue with both....

Just found a bug. If you refresh entering the game should work. Gonna fix this now.

Crikey, that was quick! Thank you so much. We both also rebooted and I rebooted the router for good measure - since then we have both logged in successfully both in parallel and serial

Rollbacks are easy. I can just change a number and take the game back in time if needed. Thanks for the heads up. I test as much as I can, but sometimes this happens.
