So I noticed I got one title back and waited a few hours for the other one. I got tired of waiting so I ran myself through half of nightmare again on my hardcore warrior - and earned zero exp doing it.

I logged in just now and my progress has been reset again. This is the third time this has happened unfortunately.

Bah, I can easily correct the quest progress. Just post here and I will fix it until this gets resolved. I think it might be related to idling or something like that. It still baffles me.

I wonder if its from clicking save when you have already timed out...

Cuddles the hardcore warrior was 3 quests away from finishing Hell if you want to fix him. My monk CuddlesHC was about 3/4 of the way through hell.

FWIW, I noticed it flattened your nightmare and hell progress on both characters... hmmm

Strange my hardcore warrior 'Cuddles' seems to be at -1 talent point. Not sure how that happened. I have 108 skill points spent, but still have two levels to go till 99 and I've not killed the following Hell bosses (don't remember if any of them grant a skill point). Before my progress was reset a while back, i *think* I did have Szarthax down.

Szarthax, Guardian Ghalentus, Falzitherin or the last boss Nalatos, God of cheese nachos.


Any who if you want to adjust my skill points feel free or not. Thought I would bring it up.

I'll check his quest progress. I bet one of the boss kills got reset a while back... ? Something.

Checked my character that had this problem. It looks like he got converted to a hardcore character and when I log on it says he's dead. Heh.

That's a new feature. Nalatos kills you in your dreams and converts you to a hardcore character. j/k... will tonight

I've also come across the same issue. I don't mind redoing the quests since i've only just started. I think I've just finished the grotto after salubrin forest.

In any case, it doesnt seem like this happened to everyone. Do you have any tips I should follow when it comes to exiting the game? I click the camp and generally just close the window.

Certainly more than what we've had. First priority is wiping out the quest reset bug. Should be in this morning.

Alright, it has been a while since I could properly address these issues. If anyone still has lingering quest reset issues, please re-state here. Should be resolved today.

My Ogre Warrior named Oggrogg is on his third progression wipe and he has minus 4 talent points.
My Gnome Enchy named Astro has had a progression wipe.
My Gnome Cleric named PaxVobiscum has 9 days left to expire (but no progression wipe).

All 3 toons are on normal mode (as apposed to Nightmare or Hell). None of the other 11 toons seems to be affected (yet) but I can´t seem to find any rhyme or reason as to why.

Im using Firefox Browser on a PC machine. I log out normally and sometimes go idle after pausing first. Dosent seem to have helped though. Also I always have other tabs up, some pinned, some not, when browsing.

Any help appreciated.
