Got Ribcracker just before the Act III Boss - ohwhatshisname?- in Nightmare with my Sk, it really boosted my dps !! Very nice weapon, it'll carry me to Hell easily - I hope, this is in HC...

Elite for sure. I am willing to bet every exceptional item has been found. Elites are much harder. Some uniques REQUIRE a mob of at least level 95 to drop it. Not many (if anyone) is farming level 95+ mobs.

Where do lvl95+ mobs spawn? Btw, you gotta remember you can get haste with other slots, so it may not matter. You're not going to find that much physical damage in other slots. Just a thought.

^You can halve those req if you're an Ogre... and btw I've cleared Hell on my Erudite Wiz without capped stun/fear red ( but the fact that wiz can cast Ice Block even when stunned etc. helps)

Alteration = Singing
Evocation = Percussion
Conjuration = Wind
Abjuration = String
Channeling = Brass
